On the first three business days of each calendar month: data recording and entry for reporting purposes, e.g. checking a data source and entering a number in a spreadsheet that feeds through to a Looker dashboard (12 hours)

Two days per week: general SEO work, primarily checking and actioning (where necessary) straightforward recommendations and alerts from SEMrush for our clients on WordPress and Shopify, e.g. updating a disavow file in GSC (32 hours)

Ad hoc (one day per new website, e.g. one day per month): initial analytics (GA4 & GTM setup) and SEO-related tasks when we launch a new website, about once per month on average.
